Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Connecticut

Last week my son's school bus got stuck under an underpass. It was raining pretty heavily and the underpass flooded. The bus driver drove over an orange cone blocking the entrance and the bus stalled out.The water rose four feet in the bus and the kids had to stand on the seats to avoid the water. Also it was found out that the bus driver was driving with a suspended license..Now my son is scared to ride the bus in the rain.My question is-is there any legal action I can take againist the bus driver/company?

Thank you

Kristina

I'm not so sure "legal action" is worthwhile because of the cost. You should have a meeting with the superintendent and/or the school board and discuss what can be done about this particular school bus company.
