Legal Question in Health Care Law in Connecticut

Misdiagnosis

a little over 4 years ago I went to my then OB-GYN and asked her about pcos(polycystic ovarian syndrom) and she told me there was apossiblity and test needed to be done to be sure. DR. Bryd never brought it up again. Last summer she advised me to have a hysteretomy at age32 so I went for another opinion and she asks me about my pcos said that it was in my chart and she didn't see any follow up. I am now with a new doctor and recieved the confirmation yesterday i indeed have pcos. and that there was damage done to my body by it going undianosed for all those years. do I have a case.

Re: Misdiagnosis

This does not sound like a very strong case but you may be able to find an attorney interested.
