My dad's caregiver is trying to bring his wife over from Uzbekistan. We are inviting her to my daughter's wedding and he is claiming to need the following: invitations, and a copy of the menu (included w invite), and a copy of my daughter's drivers license. Is the latter kosher?

The U.S. Consulate will not only want evidence of the reason for the U.S. visit, but, more importantly, proof of ties to the home country as proof that there is no immigrant intent.
