What status does your spouse have? US citizen or greencard holder? Your spouse would have to petition for his/her own mother. In the meantime, you could possibly bring her over on a tourist visa. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].

There is no family-based category for sponsoring in-laws. She would need another qualifying relative that could sponsor her. She may be able to come over temporarily. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
