Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Connecticut

Hi, I have already purchased a confidentiality agreement earlier from lawdepot.com. Now I am in need for another document but dont know exactly which agreement/form will serve my need.

I have a video that needs music put to it and I have found a freelancer to do it- He has signed the confidentiality agreement(which I purchased from you), but I also need to make sure that our company owns all the rights to the music and sound effects that he will compose for the movie.) So I need a Transfer of rights, Intellectual Property Rights doc to get him to sign before he works on it- so that we can use the ARTWORK and COPYRIGHT it under our name without ever running into a legal issue- in terms of using it, in the future making money off it (and artist would want to claim we don't have legal use to it, or rights or he deserves some sort of kickback/royalty for it. Etc.) Does this make sense? Let me know!

I actually do not want to add a clause to the current confidentiality agreement because I think it is perfect as it is. But we do need a separate agreement for Intellectual property right/transfer of rights that relate to "copyright, trademarks and other such marks". A term frequently used for this I think is "assignment"

Does a patent, copyright, trademark need to be registered by the original artist before an "Assignment" can be signed?
