Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut

i was on lunch, off the clock and was in the cafeteria when a co-worker and i came across an individual who's pants were extremely low and inappropriate. A posterior photo was taken (no names or faces were provided) and placed onto a social network with the caption �i didn't know you could sag skinny jeans?� other people commented inappropriately and someone noted (not to the inappropriate statement but the jean sagging comment) �its funny because that person is related to a higher up (no mention of the company, the person in the pic or the higher ups name. Can the people who posted or commented be terminated from an at will employement employer for cyber bullying?
