Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut

I am trying to start a civil complaint against an ex-employer for wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract, and Intential infliction of E.D. or Negligence or both...How would I sum that in a complaint? Joinder?

Honestly, it will go nowhere without an attorney. Many state-based employment causes of action require exhaustion of administrative requirements involving CHRO in order to allow a superior court claim. The federal claims that do not are highly complex. I would be happy to speak with you if you wish to further discuss the case.
