slip in ice

we are in a situation where a person claims he slipped on our steps due to ice.He claims he slipped and landed on his knee.There are no witness's to this claim and he now wants us to pay his medical co-pay.Are we obligated to pay it?

This is something that your homeowner's policy would cover.

A lot would depend who this person was and why they were on your property among a lot of other things.
