The charges you describe are misdemeanors. 14-224 b- Evading Responsibility statute carries a possible penalty of a fine of not less than seventy-five dollars nor more than six hundred dollars or be imprisoned not more than one year or be both fined and imprisoned for the first offense and for any subsequent offense fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than one year or be both fined and imprisoned.

Operating without insurance is also a misdemeanor. A person convicted will be shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars or more than one thousand dollars, and any owner of a motor vehicle with a commercial registration who knowingly violates this law shall be guilty of a class D felony. Your registration may also get suspended for one month for the first offense and for 6 months for second offense.

Proper lane violation calls for a fine.

These are serious charges and you would be well advised to obtain an assistance of counsel.
