Legal Question in Personal Injury in Connecticut

Police tier gassed me in a crowd

At a Dave Matthews COncert last

night, kids were jumping over the

fence trying to get in for free, and i

was waiting on line to use the

bathroom and the police threw tier

gas at them to stop them and it

spread to all of us in the crowd, and i

couldnt breathe or see for like 20

minutes, and my eyes burned for the

rest of the night. is there any

possibility for a case against them?
