Add a survivor to house deed

Hi i have the deed to my house with just my name on it. I mwould like to add 2 names so if anything happens to me it will automatcally go to them and nbot through porobate.Can you tell what deed i need to use thank you very much ann

You could probably "quitclaim" your property to accomplish what you are trying to do. It may be best to have a lawyer do it though.
