I join a karate school and hurt myself

I joina karate school and on the second day i was hurt doing some karate move called a roll out i dislocated my shoulder rip my acroium bone and my clavicule i was under the inprecion it was a muscle but my doctor said nope i tore my bones along with a few muscle , i never sing a waiver form this happen in april 2 02 do i have a case? the instructor never had us warm up to do this move what can i do??? i have everything documented!
