Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

We recently had our land serveyed and we found out that we have more land than we thought. The neighbors children have been riding their ATV on the property. If the children get injured while riding their ATV on our property are we liable for their injuries? Is there a way or a form I could have their parents sign that would protect us from being sued if we let them continue to ride on our property?
