Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

shared carport

we are land owners of a carport shared with our neighbors.we thought the land was devided equally. we have cared for the property for years between different owners . We have come to realize we own 75 % and are paying taxes on it.are our neighbors responsible for any payment of the property ie. taxes or to purchase the property evenly?

If your question is: We own 75% of a parcel and our neighbors own 25%, shouldn't they be paying one-quarter of the taxes, then the answer is YES. If there is another question in there, it was difficult to decipher.
