Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

tenents in common

I live in and own part of a house, two other owners but they don't reside in house, a few years ago I signed off on a morgage for one in exchange for an agreement that I would get a larger % of proceeds from sale. There was a non owning relative living in house for free but some of bills were in their name and the one who took out loan was paying these bills plus taxes, insurance on house. In agreement it states that he shall be reimbursed from net proceeds and all household expenses. We are not speaking now and relative living in house has moved out. I want out of house and I think he still has loan out, he tried to shut power off out of spite. What can I do and if bills were in other person's name do I owe him outside of insurance and taxes? Can I file a partition to get name off house? Help!!

"In agreement it states that he shall be reimbursed from net proceeds and all household expenses." I'm not sure what this means.

You can file a partition action to either divide the house (if it is divisible) or force the sale of the house. In the partition action, the parties can make claim to those monies they believe they are entitled to, and the court will consider the claims when either dividing the house or distributing the proceeds from the sale.
