Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Connecticut

I believe that I was discriminated against based upon gender and race in my workplace. I was hired to work alone with a permanently registered pedophile, who repeatedly sexually harassed me. I wasn't qualified for the work. I'm an administrative assistant who was unable to find work in rural area, and was willing to take a job as a maintenance coordinator. For the entirety of my time there, I was increasingly abused for the way I look. I was the only female in the company, outside of supervisors, forced to wear a uniform. I was accused of being involved with another employee, and repeatedly counseled for unfounded rumors, while he was never even questioned. My emotional state reduced to the point where I was afraid to even go to work. I allowed the various abuses from management, HR, male and female coworkers to go on because I needed to work. I was finally let go because of a time clock, which I'd previously been told I wasn't required to adhere to, in my role., just like the wearing of a uniform. Another employee actually told me that no one liked me and refused to work with me because I was a "white girl". An HR employee told me that I need to less "sexy" in uniform. I was propositioned via email by my supervisor while in the middle of having a discussion with another employee about his job performance. Overall, I think I was abused based upon gender, race, and unfounded defamation.
