Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Connecticut

I work for a firm which and employee touched my breats and made lude comments. I have reported it in writing and nothing has happened, I found out that he has made other lude comments and has done things to other women in my office. I think this guy should be fired and he has still yet been approached. They even threatedned to put us in a room to figure things out. This has created major anxiety and my doctor has already given me something for my anxiety. What are my rights?

This is a very clear case of sexual harrassment. The fact that your employers are aware and continue to subject you to this treatment is disgusting and causes them liability.
