Bad Legal Advise

Where in CT can I go to report a costly problem by a lawyer who ignored the other lawyer's serious lies about when and where and at what time he files complaints? This young lawyer is the son of a Probate Judge who made serious errors in judgement and lied about the complaints. Where can I go in Connecticut to get help?
