Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

Bond for Deed

Prior to my mothers death she made an agreement with my uncle for a bond for deed on our childhood home. My uncle was executor of her estate w/ my sister and I being the sole benificaries. My uncle paid her a down payment and was supposed to make monthly payments to her until 2009. In the event of her death he stated her bank books were lost and did not make the payments to her estate as outlined in the bond for deed. My sister and I had him removed as executor of estate inwhich he dragged out, just a few months prior to the court officially removing him he with the help of his attorney went to the town hall and quit claimed the property to he and his wife as executor of estate (attorney signed town record). and cont. to transfer back & forth yearly?

I am not sure a question is even phrased here, however it sounds as though there may be a fraudulent transfer here. Feel free to contact our firm to set up an appointment to discuss this matter 203.540.5228
