Executor's Duties

My Mom died on Dec 5th of 07. My sister is executor of her will which indicates that everything is to be divided equally among the three daughters. However, she is saying that she can do whatever she wants with the assets because she is the executor. She is taking things out of the house and distributing them to her children. What is next?

You should immediately go to the probate court and inform the judge of what is taking place. Make a motion for an audit of the personal property.
