Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

co executorship

my sister passed 3 yrs ago, my younger sister and I are co-executors, I also have a sister who is not executor, long story short she left 78 acres in maine as part of her estate, my co-exec. sister wants to tie up the property for years just to be spiteful, do I have any legitaite recourse so this doesn't happen?? thank you for any response! lionel

If co-exec's disagree on a course of action, they must go to the Probate Court and get a ruling from the judge.
