Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

trust question

I was the beneficiary to a trust that was created after the sale of a large piece of land (golf course). The trust in question is revocable, but also very ambiguous and poorly written. What are my rights as the beneficiary? I have been led to believe that even though the trust has since been revoked/spent, I can still ask for an accounting by the probate court. (I live in CT.)

Probate courts have jurisdiction over trusts in CT, but the trust itself may provide that there is no requirement of an accounting. You'd have to get the probate court to order an accounting and see what the response of the trustee is.
