Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

wills

My godmother had no blood relatives and only 1 other godchild.

6 months before her death, and after she was in a nursing home, the other godchild got her to change her will and cut me out. She was unable to sign her name, made an x. Seems to be a notery and a lawyers name. Can I fight this?

Re: wills

You may be able to depending on the validity of the will. To determine this, I would have to see it.
