Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Delaware
I have a lawsuit against a business which I filed over 2 years ago.. I fell down in they're place of business and had to have surgery. Now they have filed for bankruptcy. My question is are they still liable or are they trying to run from this financial responsibilty.
