Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Delaware

Vacation pay out after bankruptcy

My company which is in florida by inc. in Delaware is currently in chapter 11 and has been for almost a year, and now we are being told chapter 7 next week my question is about unused vacation time the people that are left have plenty and we want to know if we can get it. We were told by some that we cant get it and by others we would have to pettition the court. Which is true? And if we can get it what forms do we need? can we do it without a lawyer? Should we do it as a group or as indivuals? any help would be great
