Legal Question in Business Law in Delaware

finishing an emplyment, contract

We had a contract with a American marketing agency and they stoped the business contact without good reasons. We want to fight against that in front of a court. The contract says that the lawsuite takes place in Paris/France, but under the law of Delaware. We would need similar cases, the law of Delaware or someone who is intersted in helping us in that case.
