Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Delaware

Cd recording
I was a singer in a chorale for 5 years. The 6th year I did not sing and that year they released a CD. The CD listed all of the current singers but not myself even though the majority of songs had my voice and many others whose names weren't listed. Should they have had us sign a release or should our names have appeared on the CD.
