Legal Question in Disability Law in District of Columbia

I have a timeshare and i want to raffel off one week .are there and legalities that i should know about .i am in wash dc.i would like to raffel tickets for about 20.00 for the week.The week is actually worth about 1200 to 1400 for the week.

There are many state and federal laws you could violate by conducting a raffle sale for your timeshare interest, which in some places is considered gambling. I STRONGLY recommend that you consult a District of Columbia real estate attorney BEFORE you run your raffle.
