Legal Question in Disability Law in District of Columbia

I wanted to know what rights a mentally ill person has to appeal a warrant for arrest for not seeing his probation/parole officer. Also if this will have an effect on social security benefits.

You cannot appeal the issuance of an arrest warrant. Unsure about social security benefits. You need to hire a lawyer wherever the person was arrested and have them help. Best of luck. ********The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.********
