Legal Question in Bankruptcy in District of Columbia

can i file bank ruptcy if i am currently having wages garnished and a vehicle repossed vehicle $23,000 and student loand $10,000 wages are being garnish from two separate student loans i am currently a full time student

There seems to be no reason why not. Bankruptcy will stop the wage garnishments; will stop a threatened repossession and may let you get a repossessed car back. It won't discharge student loans but will let you get on a payment plan for your debts that you can afford.
