Legal Question in Business Law in District of Columbia

Mt. Olivet Cemetery buried my mother in the wrong grave. She died on 6-17-09. Also, the headstone was placed on the wrong grave. Their need my written permission to removed her body and put in the the correct grave and more the headstone also. I recevied notice from the cemetery on Saturday, March 5, 2011. I don't know what this falls under.

It falls under BREACH OF CONTRACT. You had a contract (or someone did) with the cemetery. Read it! I bet it says what happens in instances such as this. I'm sorry for your loss.

Best of luck.*****The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********
