Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in District of Columbia

Hostile Workplace

How does one deal or relate to a workplace that the supervisor

creates hostility and threatens an

employee if you are not considered

to be in a specific classification of

race, color, sex, creed and so forth?

I am glad to see that Pres. Obama

has set up a task force to investigate things of this nature

pertaining to the middle class citizens like myself who work hard

for an organization and than are

harassed and threatened causing

the employee to deal with severe

anxiety and depression when the

supervisor or the administration try

and cover up what's going on.

Re: Hostile Workplace

Right now, for better or worse, there are no legal

remedies nor recourse for employees (as far as I am aware) caught up in work environments such as you've described.
