game server rip off

i recently purchased an administrative position for an online game server from fsk-clan.us. this position costs $30 and lasts for exactly 1 month. my status was terminated only after 1 week and was given a tenuous reason why, claiming ''admin abuse'' as their excuse. no such abuse ever occurred. is there anything that can be done about this? or did i just spend $30 for a service that was never delivered?

any clarification on this subject would be greatly appreciated

I would say you should write the server and state your case and try to get them to tell you what their definition of "abuse" is. Otherwise, your legal remedy is going to "cost" more than your damages.
