DC gun ban
I would like to know when the people in DC, would be to own guns legally, since the ban was said to be unconstitutional?

Better call your local City Council person about this issue who may be able to give you some idea about what they plan to do, i.e., whether the City Council is going to change the law to comply with the recent federal court decision or seek to challenge it at a higher level.
