Steps for Filing Treason or Dereliction of Duty vs Members of Congress
What is necessary for a citizen to file either treason charges or dereliction of duty charges against members of Congress? The reason for this is their lack of action, including their current 2 week vacation, while we are being invaded from Mexico. It is the largest invasion of illegal persons in the history of the world and nothing is being done. This is not a prank. I wish to know if this can be done.

No, it cannot be done, (filing the charges you've suggested against members of Congress for the reasons you've suggested).
