I was called CENSORED by an employee about four years ago and this same employee has bought an out guest to the firm party in which this guest attacked me and the firm has not responed in my defense what? should be my course of action?

Very likely would depend upon the nature of this alleged attack and whether or not the alleged attacker was strictly a guest and not affiliated in any way with this firm.
