how can i let my boyfriend job be aware that he was arrested for domestic violence, he has a temper already some of his counterpart complain about his temper

Rather than notifying your boyfriend's employer regarding his alleged violent proclivities and his arrest for domestic violence, you probably would be better advised to be looking for a new boyfriend.
