Misrepresentation of Age to enter ABC establishment
I am 20 years old and was arrested yesterday for misrepresentation of age to enter an abc establishment in Washington DC. I have a court date in 2 weeks and I do not know what to expect and whether or not I need a lawyer. I have a clean record and I'm hoping for as much information as possible.

Better get an attorney to represent you in order to minimize the possible adverse consequences which could result from a conviction on this charge in DC Superior Court.
