Legal Question in Criminal Law in District of Columbia

I recently traded in a $1,300 watch as a down payment on a new one. A week or so later the store accidentally sent me the watch I traded in. I sold it online and pocketed the cash. Now, two months later they discovered the mistake and are leaving me messages and emails. What legally can they do to me if I don't respond?
