Seizure Warrant
Vehicle was seized no other notification was presented in order to obtain vehicle. I have not been charged with a crime or was the vehicle involved in such criminal activities. Do not understand what petition for remission requires need legal advice

Better arrange to consult with a local attorney who practices in the area of criminal law, and who should be able to advise you as to how to reclaim your vehicle from what appears to be a forfeiture action based upon what law enforcement authorities are likely to allege has been its involvement in criminal activities.
