Funding/Borrowing for Legal Assistance

I am interested in any support groups or other places where I can borrow funds in order to continue my divorce/custody case against a wealthy spouse.

Re: Funding/Borrowing for Legal Assistance

Dear client,

funds or borrowing money will not be an option for you... except trying to obtain funds from your spouse. However, if you need legal assistance and you have no money, you may qualify for several program: for example try Catholic Charities or the Archidiocesan Legal Network. you can easily find them on the internet.

In addition, you may be able to work out with your attorney a payment schedule or a reduced fee agreement.

With regards,

Tiziana Ventimiglia, Esq.
