Can a legal action be taken?

children mom allow 12 yr. old son to

hang out with fiance who is a career

criminal with 20 cases against him, 6

Felony conviction, 1 I know for

robbery. Fiance and son are taking

pics posing in a go go setting with

other youths displaying gang signs.

Son also display pics with mask on

his face and displaying gang signs. Is

their something I can do legally? We

are in a on going custody case now!

I'm Pro Se.

All (or most)of what you've mentioned could be admissible as evidence in your pending custody matter. However, if the mother is represented by counsel and you are pro se, it's unlikely that you will prevail.
