Legal Question in Family Law in District of Columbia

i was married in 2001 then got separated in 2004 and married someone else while i was still married to husband # 1 now i am divorced from husband # 1 and need a annulment from second husband with whom i also have real estate property so the question is how i should proceed with this matter and what will be my punishment for the crime of Bigamy in the state of D.C.
