Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in District of Columbia

Federal Vaccine Injury Fund

Is it too late to file a claim and join 4,800 nationwide claimants that are claiming that the thimersol laced MMR Vaccines caused Autism in our son? Where

does one obtain the claim forms? The hearings in Washington come to an end 06/29/07. We hadn't

even learned of the hearings until a week ago. If we do not

join the claimants will

we be forever barred

from the claim? Time is

of the essence.

Re: Federal Vaccine Injury Fund

You may wish to contact the United States Court of Federal Claims, Clerk's Office, 717 Madison Pl., N.W. Washington DC 20005, where a special vaccine panel is now holding hearings on Thimerasol, to determine how and whether you may still join this class action suit which is now before this court for special hearings on the issue of whether there's any link between this mercury based additive and the development of autism in children who received this additive in vaccines designed to prevent various childhood diseases.(The experts apparently say no, there is no such link.)
