Legal Question in Civil Litigation in District of Columbia

Found metal in my food at a restaurant.

i was eating a burger in and started choking, after throwin up and then pulling it out i saw it was a wire. this happened on a trip to Washington DC and i live in NY.

So, are you owed huge damages as a result of this incident? No, not too likely--in my opinion--(but, perhaps, you might get a free meal if you bring it to the restaurant manager's attention.)
