Legal Question in Civil Litigation in District of Columbia

I was working for a First Union National Bank from 1998 until 2001 when it was merged with Wachovia Bank. During that time I contributed to my 401K but upon my living I never recieved any monies back or any information about my 401K or the money that I put into it. How do I go about getting this money back?

Start by making inquiries of the Wachovia Bank section that handles these employee 401K and related types of deposits and see whether they have any record of it. If no record for you turns up, see what the HR department of Wachovia Bank can tell you about it.
