about h1b extension

hi

my 3rd yr h1b is expiring.......

and i would like to apply for my h1b extension

got a question..

i got my h1 (f1 to h1 ) and change of status approved, in 2006 and never left US since then.......

but then in 2006, i travelled outside US after h1b approval and got back on f1 and started working on

h1 from oct 1s 2006...

now that my i94 in my passport and the i94 in my initial i797,were different..

so when i apply for my h1b extension,which one should i send along with my application?

Very likely, the I-94 which was in effect and referenced on your application to adjust your status in 2006.
