hi

i just got a reckless driving ticket in VA last month for speeding..but was neither arrested nor finger printed.

it was reduced to speeding at the court..after paying fines and taking driving improvement course..

now,but in my criminal report, it shows as 1st class misdeamnor reduced to speeding..

i will be going for my h1b stamping soon..what should i say in DS 156 form..for misdeamnors

Re: reckless driving ticket i

If the form asks for misdemeanor convictions, you would not have to list this case as such a conviction since it was reduced to speeding.
