Government copyrights in the United States

I understand that United States government works are public domain. I also understand that this is a rarity, e.g. Crown Copyright. Are the copyrights claimed by foreign governments enforceable in the United States?

Copyrights of foreign and U.S. state governments are recognized in the US. And not all US government works are public domain (postage stamps and other USPS works, for example, are subject to copyright).
