Legal Question in Personal Injury in District of Columbia

Physical and Psychological Dam. at work

While working, I was badly hurt 2 yrs ago. This week, diagnosed with PTSD after much anxiety, unable to sleep, nightmares. What are my rights? How do I determine pain and suffering? Would like to leave the job and get full retirement.

If you did not file a proper workman's compensation claim within the required time frame, it's now probably too late to do so. (Pain and suffering are normally not compensable under workman's compensation.)
